Bizarre Fitness+ message on Apple Watch

App Fitness+ shows a very weird message that makes no sense when I reach my daily moviment goal. I have no idea how it got there and I can’t find where to change the message. Does someone have the same problem and know how to fix it?

Translation: message says “Grandchild Cecilia my daughter and him had two sons with his new wife and she doesn’t like them she doesn’t like her daughter in law because of many crazy things because his wife is crazy too she made my marriage **** so I won’t stand by her”. Weird, weird, I have no idea what this is!
