Finding solutions for ChatGPT problems on iPad

I am using either the latest or next to lates iPad Pro with iOS 18.5. I have the updated ChatGPT App and a subscription for GPT+. I know that what I’m trying to do is possible, but it seems like it’s not an option on this iPad (which is my primary personal device). Can anyone help me understand the limitations so that I can make an informed choice on next steps? Thanks!
