Unable to find option of copying a video from the Photos app on my iPhone

I'm pretty sure this used to be a thing — but I don't have the option of copying a video from the photos app on my iPhone.

Photos and gifs – able to copy.

Video – no option for copy.

The "share" option also does not provide the ability to copy. is there a setting somewhere that's impacting this option? or is it just not an option anymore.
