Recovering 1500 contacts from iPhone 11 Pro within 30 days

anyone please help !! I need help with recovering contacts (1500 phone numbers!) from my iphone 11 pro, they got randomly deleted one day, from my iphone and list of calls, i dont know if icloud deleted them or some kind of glitch happened with my phone (with ios) ive heard its possible to restore contacts within 30 days, appreciate your help in restoring my contacts asap as they are extremely important to me.
