I have opened safari and I have extensions but I cannot change from off position. I have tried deleting safari and reloading it. I have turned phone off and on again.

On an iPhone, go to Settings>Apps>Safari>Extensions. You'll see a list of your extensions. Tap on the ones that say "Off" and you'll be taken to the screen to turn them on and set other settings for the extension.

Why can't you turn them off? What happens if you tap on one?

What are you seeing? It's going to look a little different for each extension.

They are permanently in the off position. There is not an option to turn on.
