Is there a battery back for the early 2015 MacBook?

Hi, I have an early 2015 MacBook, and do all my scripts, editing, and personal things on it. When I record away from an outlet, my Mac easily dies. (Though, I do get about 6 hours or more from one charge.) I was just wondering if their was a battery bank for my Mac.

Five hours isn't bad for a ~ 10 year old Mac, but your question implies that its battery dies even faster under some circumstances (recording?)

Consider having its battery replaced, although off the top of my head I don't know if Apple can still service that Mac. If it's too old, the second best choice is an Authorized Apple repair facility who may still have access to genuine parts.

A third party replacement battery from a reputable source (OWC) is the final alternative, because even their quality can be unpredictable. Consider nothing else.

It has to be for MagSafe 2

The MagSafe 2 end is the end of the cable that plugs into the MacBook. What matters as far as the power bank goes, is the other end. Does your cable disconnect from your power adapter? If so, what does that end look like? Is it a USB-A? Or something else? If you can't disconnect it, you can buy one a separate one.

Magsafe 2 to USB-C (Amazon)

You can also use your favorite internet search engine to look for this.

Best of luck.
