The iCloud Drive folder cannot be used (80070005).

On my Windows PC for a week it does not allow me to access/update my iCloud Drive folder, the error is:

The iCloud Drive folder cannot be used (80070005). Make sure other applications are not using the iCloud Drive folder.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, changed directories, but nothing has changed. Can anyone help me?
