MacBook Air M3 screen flickering

Hi, I'm looking for help with my Mac Air 3. Maybe I can find someone here who knows the cause of the problem and what to do next.

From the very beginning (i.e., after buying a brand new unit), the laptop screen has been flickering as in the attached video (the flashing is visible at about the 0:06 and around 1:00). During everyday use, it can flicker several times a minute, every few seconds, making work less than pleasant 🙁.

When I connect an external monitor, the flickering continues on the laptop, but not on the external monitor.

The computer has been taken to an authorized Apple service center, several times – they performed diagnostics and reinstalled the system, and according to them, everything is fine. However, the employees themselves saw and confirmed that this shouldn't be happening when I returned the computer...

Later, I filed a complaint with seller, and the result was exactly the same – according to them, everything is fine. And I'm left to deal with it myself. This video was recorded with a completely empty system—no apps, no data loaded, no iCloud logged in, etc.

Does anyone know what's going on? How to fix this, or just how to get Apple to fix it?
