How to delete data from Apple Watch SE stuck in boot loop?

My Apple Watch SE (2020) recently became stuck in an infinite boot loop and will not do a force restart. I've tried all the boot loop solutions I've found online, none of which worked. I also took the watch to a Genius Bar. After some initial unsuccessful efforts to get the watch out of the boot loop, the Apple Genius Bar told me that the watch needs sent to Apple for repair. It's not financially worth it to get the watch repaired and I'm prepared to dispose of the watch via an e-recycler.

However, I first need to make sure that all sensitive information from emails, text messages, etc. that were on / synced to the watch before it went into the boot loop are deleted and/or otherwise unrecoverable before I dispose of the watch.

How can I make sure that any synced emails, texts, etc. are deleted or otherwise unrecoverable from the watch before I get rid of it?

Thank you

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 10
