I am not clear what you mean by using other apps. If you mean what the Sign In With Apple service offers then note the age limits.

What is Sign in with Apple? Click here --> What is Sign in with Apple? - Apple Support = What is Sign in with Apple? - Apple Support

"When you see a Sign in with Apple button on a participating app or website, it means you can set up an account using your Apple ID. No need to use a social media account, fill out forms, or choose another new password."

"Sign in with Apple is not available for children under 13 years old. This age may vary by country or region. This age restriction doesn't apply to Managed Apple IDs."
