How to recover photos that I deleted from "recently deleted"

If you deleted photos from the Recently Deleted album, despite your phone’s warning of the consequences, they are now permanently deleted. Which means that you don’t get them back.

Not unless you already have copies somewhere other than on the phone, or in places synced to it.

Gone, unless you have a backup somewhere...
