Can you downgrade from Apple Care One to Apple Care+?

As the title suggests, can I revert to having multiple Apple Care+ plans (of course, with theft protection, since Apple doesn't allow downgrading to a lower plan)?

I have a Watch Series 10, iPhone 16, and a 14-inch MacBook Pro for context. Apple Care One saves me money, but I just want to know if I have the option to downgrade and cover, let's say, just the iPhone 16 and the 14-inch MacBook Pro.
