How to restore notes to phone from icloud after deleting app?

I accidentally deleted my notes app on my phone when I was trying to remove it from home screen and after I re-downloaded it, everything was gone.

I went onto icloud.com on my computer and my notes are still there, exactly how I left them.

However, I can't access it at all on my phone.

How do I get the notes from icloud to go back onto my phone?
