The action button on my Apple Watch SE acts like its stuck. Instead of activating the control center, now the Medical ID/Compass Backtrack/Emergency Call options show up. I've powered it off and back on, still having same issue.

Did you already try to clean your watch under lightly running, warm, fresh water?
Don't forget to enable the Water Lock function before, so that water in the openings is being expelled afterwards.
