Apple Watch keeps activating with multiple timers on its own

This issue is beyond frustrating. My Apple Watch keeps activating countdown timers on its own. Then, once the timer hits zero, it rings and vibrates randomly throughout the day—for no reason. I've reset the watch multiple times and confirmed no timers are set, yet somehow, one always starts counting down again.

I've tried every fix mentioned in the forums. Nothing works. Eventually, I got so fed up I literally threw the watch away. Yes, maybe that was extreme—but when a device becomes more of a nuisance than a tool, what’s the point?

What frustrates me even more is that this is clearly a known issue within the Apple Watch community, and yet Apple still hasn’t provided a proper solution. Until this bug is officially acknowledged and resolved, I won’t be purchasing another Apple Watch.

For now, I’ve gone back to a regular watch—because at least it won’t randomly vibrate and interrupt my day for no reason.
