I'm trying to install the Teleprompter pro software from the App Store and I get a screen that has a install button on it but when I mouse over that window, the button disappears I cannot install the software and have no idea why it won't allow me to do so

Never mind. I discovered the problem. The reason the button was going away was because I had pro mouse turned on, and that apparently caused the screen to change for some unknown reason. When I turned off and quit promo, the installation went perfectly and the button to install remained on the screen. If those of you who are having the same problem or running pro mouse, you might consider quitting it before installing it from the Apple App
