A problem with Installing an animated watch face from a live photo on Apple Watch Series 10

Devices:

iPhone 12 with iOS 18.5

Apple Watch Series 10 (watchOS 11.5)

Problem description:

I'm trying to set up a photo taken in LIve mode on my iPhone as an animated watch face on my Apple 10 Series watch. However, when trying to install, the image is displayed statically, although the photo data is synchronized through a special folder.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Took a live photo on an iPhone

I put it in a separate folder, which is designed to sync with the Apple Watch.

I opened the Watch app on my iPhone and set up sync with the folder.

I have selected an image from the specified folder to be installed as an animated watch face, but it is displayed statically.
