If you want to animate the logos on over time, then the replicator setup is the way to go... but you're going to have to place each logo manually on its position on the map... which, even if you're doing 100 logos, it's still not all that much extra work (provided you know where you want each one placed.)
Place all the logos in a single group. Select them all and set their lengths to 1 frame. To do that, place the playhead at 0 and type the O key. Command click the bottom logo and type the Right Arrow to move the playhead to frame 1, then type Shift-[ to move the selected logos to the playhead position. Deselect the next logo and repeat the steps to move the select logos to frame 2 — continue until the last logo.
You can now go through your logos and drag them into position over the map.
Select the group for the logos and make a clone. The clone will be #of logos frames long. Go into Properties > Timing (click Show to open the panel). Set the End Condition to Loop and boost the End Duration so that the Clone's timing spans the length of the project.
Replicate the clone.
Set Shape to Line and Points to the number of logos in use. Go down into Cell Controls and turn off Play Frames and set the Source Frame Offset to 1.
Add a Sequence Replicator behavior.
Add Parameter > Opacity and set it to 0.
Sequencing to From.
Spread to 0.
Traversal to Custom.
Use the Location parameter to control *when* logos appear in time. It can be keyframed or put under behavior control (Ramp).
