Macbook Air M3 LCD intermittently not refreshing correctly

Hello

I am finding that intermittently, and seemingly randomly, windows on the LCD display of the Macbook Air (M3) running MacOS 15.5 (24F74), will not refresh. A browser tab will remain blank or clicking on a button in an app such as Teams will seemingly have no effect.

If I then simply drag a part of the window to the external monitor and then drag it back to the LCD, it refreshes / displays correctly.

I have not seen this before.

Does anyone have any ideas / surrestions on how to investigate what is going on here?
