Recovering deleted voice recording from Voice Memos with iCloud sync

Hello,

I accidentally deleted an important voice recording from the Voice Memos app while iCloud sync was enabled. Unfortunately, the recording is not in the “Recently Deleted” folder, and I can’t find it on any of my devices or in iCloud Drive.

Unfortunately iCloud Sync is not a classic “backup”

An inadvertent deletion or change on any device …

… deletes or changes the data on EVERY Device and on the iCloud.

Plus, there are generally not any saved sequential historical “snapshots” of the sync’d iCloud data.
