If your iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 15.8.4 freezes when trying to accept the iCloud Terms and Conditions, you’re not alone. This issue has affected some users on older iOS versions. Here are a few solutions to try:

1. Use Another Apple Device

If you have another device using the same Apple ID, go to Settings → Apple ID → Terms and Conditions on that device and accept them. This often resolves the issue on your iPhone automatically.

2. Accept via iCloud.com

Visit iCloud.com from a desktop browser, log in, and accept the terms there if prompted. Then restart your iPhone and check if the issue is resolved.

3. Sign Out and Back In (With Caution)

Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Sign Out, then restart your iPhone and sign back in. This may prompt a fresh acceptance screen. Make sure you have backups and know your Apple ID credentials first, as this will temporarily remove iCloud data from your phone.

4. Check for Updates

Go to Settings → General → Software Update to ensure your device is fully up to date, even if you’re limited to iOS 15.8.4.

5. Contact Apple Support

If nothing works, reach out via support.apple.com or the Apple Support app. They can help reset the terms acceptance flag on your account if needed.
