IPad Screen Time widget and Screen Time displaying 25 minutes on an app I recently deleted

My Screen time + Screen time widgets are both displaying a totally usage of 25 minutes on ‘Pinterest’, But I do not own Pinterest. (App was deleted after usage, but i’ve reset my IPad and it’s still displaying.)
