when I pin a dive location in the ocean the coordinates get change to the center of the ocean
I've pinned in multiple time and it keeps changing the coordinates.

Unfortunately, it’s a behavior common on-shore too.
When pinning any “non-standard address” location, use only the Lat / *** coordinates; which can be easily C&P’d from the Compass app.
Note: My reply was based on iPhone behavior using AppleMaps, but I suspect AppleWatch follows the same general construct.
