Macbook Pro won't show in Find My

I cannot get my Macbook Pro to show in Find My either on the laptop or on my iPhone. I can see all of the my other devices without an issue (iPhone 14 Pro Max, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, Apple Watch, assorted Airtag devices). As far as I can tell, I have done everything needed to have it setup:

Macbook Pro Nov 2023

M3 Pro

Sequoia 15.5

Location Services On

Find My Mac On

Signed into iCloud with same Apple ID as my iPhone

Wifi on, connected to internet

Rebooted several times

Signed out and back in to iCloud account

MacBook Pro 16″

I got the same issue, contact Apple Support and they couldn't do anything about it, they send everything to the engineer dpt Im waiting on a response but nothing yet.

UPDATE: I apologize for being tardy, my issue was resolved with the help of an Apple engineer over the phone. Over the course of an hour or so, we checked all settings were correct, turned settings on/off, rebooted, booted in safe mode, etc, etc, nothing worked.

Final resolution: reinstalled the OS (Sequoia 15.5). Once that was done, issue resolved no problems since.
