Apple Music doesn't allow album art to be displayed in Playlists.

In iTunes I used to be able to add artwork to my playlists. This has been removed some completely unknown and pointless reason. I mostly had albums to playlists because of the way I listen to music and I don't always listen to music through Apple Music (e.g., Android using Goggle Drive). It would be most appreciated and helpful if this option was returned added to the Apple Music application. The art work can be added to individual songs but not the overall playlist. What is the point of that?

If you "Edit" the playlist, and go to the leftmost option and click on the "+" icon, it will pop-up a dialog to let you choose either a file or an image from your photo library. I have just tried this and was able to successfully choose an image from my photo library, but never was able to use a file stored locally on my Mac (Mini M2 Pro, Sequoia 15.5). Well, it lets me choose a file, but it doesn't "stick" and just reverts to the default playlist icon. Choosing something from my photo library does work for me (library is stored in the cloud, which may make a diff - dunno). So, it does work, but I think there's a bug.
