It can (sometimes) take a while for mapping apps like Apple Maps (Google Maps, etc.) to catch up. Since there’s already an identical address in a nearby town, your location is likely being confused with that one in the database.
The best way to fix this is to report the issue directly through Apple Maps. Just open the Maps app, search for your address, tap it, then scroll down and choose “Report an Issue.” From there, you can explain that this is a new build and that the location is showing incorrectly, or not at all. You can drag the pin to the correct spot on the map so Apple knows exactly where it should be.
It doesn’t update instantly, but Apple will usually review and correct it after verifying. Once it’s been added properly, you’ll show up when people search for it.
