No notifications on iPhone when receiving text messages from one particular contact

Sorry, I posted this earlier and received a reply, which needed me to respond, but every time I try to reply I get a message saying it isn’t possible, and to try again in a few minutes.so I’m posting again.

Whenever I receive a text from my wife, who is my emergency contact, I don’t get any sound from my phone. All of my other contacts are fine. I’ve tried most of the solutions to this apparently common problem but to no avail. I have her tone set e set on “stargaze” and recently I set her on Emergency bypass in case my focus settings were causing a problem. I still get her messages, but I just don’t get any sound. My watch will vibrate on my wrist, but it seems this doesn’t always happen.
