Disable notifications from appearing at the same time on iPhone and apple watch

Hello all,

Is there an option to make some notifications appear ONLY on the Apple Watch instead of both Apple Watch and the iPhone?

For instance, when I receive a phone call, both Apple Watch and iPhone rings at the same time. For me, it doesn't make sense. I just want the Apple Watch ringing.

The same is true for the alarm notifications, it's a complete chaos when I set an alarm because both devices get the notification...

Phone calls will ring on both devices, I have enabled the Mute switch on the side of the iPhone, so that the phone will not ring, but the watch does.

The other notifications will appear on the device you are using actively at the time of the notification.

Have a look at the related article:

Hello Ingo2711,

Yes, indeed. If I have the phone on mute, it won't ring, however, it still shows the notification that i am receiving a phone call, and it also shows on the watch (for me, it makes no sense since i am using the watch)

Regarding the alarm, I already checked that article, and that is why I am writing this post. I noticed the alarm in both devices because I woke up with both devices making sound.
