Apple ID Monitored via Family Sharing

Hello,

I am Masum from Bangladesh, a developer working on a security app.

I recently discovered my Apple ID was monitored via Family Sharing and DNS tunneling using tools like Tun2Socks and expired SSL certificates.

I’ve lost personal files, development data, and access to accounts.

I’ve already contacted Apple Support and created a formal complaint PDF.

I don’t blame anyone personally — I only want help to restore my privacy.

Can someone from Apple assist? Thank you.

  1. Apple is not here. This is a user to user forum only. No one from Apple will assist you here.
  2. Not possible. Family sharing does not work that way. You cannot use tunneling apps or other software on it because it's not a platform or service. It's simply a way for Apple to link accounts. For what you are describing an egregious breach of Apple's highly secure servers would have to have happened.

If you perhaps explain why you believe this has happened, then someone may be able too assist, but assuming impossible things like this, is not the way to go about it.

Tell us exactly what you lost and where it was, and why you assume it has anything to do with Family Sharing?
