I was offline for 6weeks and during that period I was using my notes in my phone. While I came online, I signed out of my iCloud and signed in back but then as I signed in I couldn’t find the notes I was writing during that period just disappeared, I have refreshed and synced the notes but I haven’t still seen it. What do I do now please?

If they aren't in the deleted folders and they don't recover when you use the restore option in icloud, then those notes are gone.
Not sure why you would sign out of your apple id, without verifying that your notes were synced to the cloud.
