How to restore data from corrupted backup done through apple devices app on windows?

Hello,

I paid off my phone and tried to reset it so i can unlock it.

I contacted ATT and got the instructions that i had to backup my phone and factory reset/erase it.

After installing ITunes through Microsoft Store and connecting it to the PC it would not appear on the it.

I tried connecting disconnecting multiple time but it would not work.

Only after installing Apple Devices App from Apple again through Microsoft Store was i able to backup the phone which took 6-7 hours.

As soon as i backed up the phone and restore it and started backing it up it would not work since i didn't have enough space on the PC.

I tried to move the backup to outside storage but as soon as i moved the data i noticed that the file was only one third the size of the original.

Is there any software that can recover corrupted iphone backup on windows?

I did not create a backup with ITunes, i created a backup with apple devices app on windows platform.

Unfortunately ITunes couldn't recognize my phone( it didn't even noticed that there is a plugged phone), so apple devices app was the only option on. As far as ICloud backup, i wouldn't go into that subject.

My point is this, when i did the backup there were about 254GB of Data, when i tried to move the data i magically lost 155GB in the process of moving it. That Data is gone, when i try to recover the data to the phone, the Apple Devices App created another copy of the rest of the data(99GB) and hangs up.

My only other option at this stage is either to purchase a piece of software or license for couple of months until i recover whatever is left or have someone do it for me.

My thinking at this stage is this, i don't trust neither Apple nor Microsoft because of their interoperability issues.

I would like to think that it is a glitch, but reality tells another story.
