why does Safari on my iMac think I'm in a different country

I'm trying to go to a website that I've gone to a bunch using Safari on my fairly new and up to date iMac. It keeps popping up that the website isn't allowed in whatever country Safari thinks I'm located. My settings indicate that I'm in the United States. Chrome works fine.

I've tried rebooting, turning off and on Safari, using Bing and Google, etc.

We use Starlink and it seems to think we are in Atlanta instead of NC but I'm used to that. My wife is on the same network and she can access the website using Safari.
