Is it possible to merge workouts for insurance recognition on Fitness+?

My insurance rewards my workouts with discounts etc - one of which is helping to pay for my Apple Watch. One metric option is workout - 30 mins at 70% of my max Heart rate.

I thought I’d join 3 Fitness + workouts together, so i selected 3 and started my workout as ‘Other’, 30 minutes. Then pressed go on the first workout.

Wouldn’t let me. Told me I had to stop the workout I was doing. I assume that it would stop and I’d have to do 3 workouts separately. But the insurance co recognises 30 minutes (or more) NOT 3 x 10 minutes.

Is there any way of recording multiple workouts as one continuous session?

(I know I can do a 30 minute workout, but that's not always what I want to do)
