Device taken over by unknown Apple Business Manager/MDM enrollment — how to remove or audit?
I’m a private user and victim of identity theft. My personal iPhone and iCloud account appear to have been enrolled in Apple Business Manager or MDM (Mobile Device Management) without my consent. I noticed signs such as:
- “Remote Management” appearing at setup
- Restrictions on deleting profiles or accounts
- Hidden configuration profiles (Education Payload, com.apple.security.root)
- Suspicious device behavior (apps auto-installed, messages routed, screen mirroring)
I am not part of any school or organization and have no affiliation that would justify this. I’m also involved in an active police case (North Miami PD #2025-38799) due to coercion and unauthorized surveillance via Apple 📱 Device: iPhone [Model]

Question:
How can I:
- Fully audit who enrolled my device into Apple Business Manager or MDM?
- Remove this unauthorized control?
- Get a report or support from Apple Legal or Engineering Security?
Thank you. Any help is deeply appreciated — this is tied to an ongoing identity abuse case.
