How to fix partial video playback issues in Safari running on macOS Sequoia?

When using Safari browser and on Yahoo HP when I try to see a video on a news link it only shows a portion of the top of the frame. No idea why as it used to work just fine with no issues I am running OS Sequoia 15.5
