The way to reset it depends on how it's set up. Should be able to go to Settings, tap Screen Time, then choose Change Screen Time Passcode, and select Forgot Passcode. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter your Apple ID, the one used to set it up. Once verified, you’ll be able to reset the PIN.
If it doesn’t give you that option, you might need to turn off Screen Time entirely using the same Apple ID, then set it up again.
