Safari fails to load essential web pages on new MacBook Pro

Searching reveals no relevant answers. New MBP (M4 Max OS 15.5, Safari 18.5). There are numerous web pages that do not load at all for me on my new computer. Many of which I can readily open and interact with on my former daily use MBP (quad core i7, OS 10.15.7). Some web sites are business and employment essential. I have clear caches and don't have any extensions. Generally I can switch to Brave and open all that I know of. What gives?

Well I'm not sure what this means. Safari being unable to load some pages resolves if I untether from the building's network but use my phone as a hotspot. That said, if I am on the building's wifi the pages that won't load in Safari will load in Brave.
