Cant log in due to Captcha puzzle not shown
Anyone experienced this bug before on iPad? Would love to learn if there’s anyway to fix this?
We got an iPad for our kid to learn Mandarin in virtual class - 1:1 with Chinese teacher. We have the account set up and login with password works well on browsers of desktop/ mobile. However, on the iPad, everytime we try logging in, we’re block by this “Please complete the man-machine verification” message - on both the App itself and the iPad’s browser. I wish I could share the screenshots - there’s no CAPTCHA on the screen or any message sent to our email for verification.
Meanwhile, the App’s Sales person - using her iPad - was able to see the CAPTCHA puzzle, complete it and login with my own account info without any issues.
The App was set to be allowed all the time in the parents’ screen time control.
I have tried turning off/on Automatic Verification in the iPad’s Sign-in & Security setting => issue remains..
We can continue the lessons on browser on computer but as the class requires kids to choose options on the screen to answer questions, it would be great if we can use the iPad instead.
