Can AI clean up a 43 year-old basement band music video?

Hey all,

I was talking to a friend of mine recently about all the old basement band recordings on VHS I have from the early 80's of various bands I played in. Several of these I have moved over to digital on DVD. There is one particular song that a band of mine did very well, but the recording from the VHS was old, deteriorating, and sounds slightly mushy in sound and sight. Not only that, but one of my guitar players was a bit sloppy and out of tune. Other than that the rest of us were very tight and sounded great. A friend of mine recently told me I should try uploading the video to AI to clean it all up...make the image a bit clearer, clean up the sound, and bring into tune the guitar played that was slightly off. I'd love to try this. Can this be done? And how would I go about doing this? Any input would be much appreciated.
