Using Logic Pro x with a apple Mac i5 version 10.13.6

I would like to ask in order for me to make house music at the start it says choose a track type and there’s a picture of a keyboard a mic a guitar and drums what should one choose

Hello Sir,

That is called the "New Tracks Dialog Window" and it allows you to create wht are called "Track Types".

You can think of these as "brushes you will use to paint your music". They are as follows:


Audio Tracks - Record your own audio using a Mic or plug in a Guitar, Bass, Analog Keyboard, etc. You can also drag in premade loops and samples.

Software Instrument - Record your own Midi using a Midi Controller. You can also drag in premade Midi loops and samples.

Drummer - This is a generative track that will make your Percussion/Beats for you and has the ability to follow what your music and dynamics.


There are no rules to making Music...Well, I guess there may be 1 Essential Rule:
