service history say my camera is Unknow and I haven’t repaired it before

If the phone has never been worked on by an unauthorized person or repair shop, and you are seeing that message, it may indicate that there is a hardware issue. You might want to consider taking the phone to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Facility.
