How to recover deleted iPhone backup files on Mac?

i took backup of my iphone 11 pro 6 months ago in my macbook which came around 150gb. today i again took backup of the same iphone in the same macbook. my new backup files came around 230 gb and now my old backup file has been deleted and replaced with my new backup file. is there any way to recover that old backup file ?
