Album Artwork Not Showing Up in Music App on iPhone

I own an iPhone 8 Plus running on iOS 16.7.11, I recently had to do a factory reset in order to unlock my phone because I plan to switch phone carriers. I of course, lost all my music during this process. Now, none of my music was purchased digitally through iTunes or the Apple Store. All of my music came from CDs that I burned onto my computer, and I uploaded the album artwork myself onto iTunes via my laptop. Right now, I want to put all my music back on my iPhone, but none of the artwork shows up whenever add an album and open the Music app on my iPhone.

The only time the album artwork does show up, is when I select and play a song. But if I select an artist and scroll through their albums, no album artwork shows up.

I really don't know what to do here and I can't find any other instances of this problem whenever I try to search for it online. Sorry for the quality of the photos.
