Apple Watch Ultra II showing inaccurate heart rate

The past month I have experienced that my Apple Watch Ultra II show inaccurate heart rate. Today was the third time in just a few weeks. I was doing a not very strenuous warmup on a cross trainer with little resistance for 40 minutes. My bpm was between 85-95 when I checked in on the watch. My resting bpm Is typically 50-55 bpm. Since I had experienced the above mentioned problem with the watch I continuously check my bpm on the cross trainer as well and it was between 85-95. When I got off and stopped the watch I saw that I during the latter part of the workout the watch had not recorded my heart rate for 15 minutes. And when it came back the bpm was at 170-179 for the duration of the workout. And that's impossible. I'm 65+ and currently on beta blockers after a double bypass in February. So a bpm of 170 is out of the question. And I wasn't exhausted or anything. everything felt normal. And as you can see from the screen dump my bpm after the workout ended fell to 72 in two minutes.

I count myself as experienced when it comes to Apple Watch. I've worn and tested every model since August of 2017

• Be sure your watch is close-fitting enough that the sensors can accurately read through the exact same spot on your skin. If it is bouncing around, it can not give accurate results.

• do an EKG test to get a 'this minute' check for normal EKG AND heart rate, using different mechanism, that does not rely solely on the through-the-skin sensors.
