Will people get a notification on Messages app if I stop sharing my location on my new iPhone Find My app?

I got a new phone and I don’t have cellular service. I want to stop sharing my location with certain people without them knowing. If I stop sharing through Find My without cellular data, will the receive a notification on the Message app?
