Note on Mac not showing notes only on first start

Hello,

I have a tiny but frustrating bug. When I open the Note app on Mac after a restart, it doesn't show any notes. I need to force quit and restart the app to work properly and see all the notes. It isn't a bug related to the last MacOS version 15.5 because I had this issue for many months even before 15.0.

On iPhone and iPad it works, the issue is just on Mac.
