I bought an Apple Watch SE, and after a few charging cycles, the watch suddenly started constantly showing 100% battery. Then it suddenly turned off and showed that it was out of battery.

Did you buy the watch from an Authorised Apple Retailer or Apple Store?
Or had the watch a previous owner?
If it has been used before, the battery might need to be replaced by Apple:
Are you using a complication for your watch face to show the battery life status?
Does your watch show the correct status, of you got to Settings/Battery?
Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

The watch was purchased from an authorized store. The battery life is fine, but the issue is that the battery indicator doesn’t change and stays at 100% until it fully discharges.
