Unable to reset MacBook Air with FileVault enabled

I cant reset my macbook even though i typed the filevault, or i should not do that? help me please

First question. Why do you feel the need to ‘reset’ your MacBook? Is there some problem you’re dealing with? Perhaps we can help resolve it. Second, your FileVault password is usually the same as your MacBook user login password.
