Small message box keeps popping up top right saying "13 viruses detected..." every 30 seconds or so. Tried quitting Safari but it still pops up. how do I get rid of it?

These are notifications from the website(s) you visit. At some point you were asked to allow these notifications from that website and you clicked in the affirmative.
