It’s usually because of a hidden rule or filter, either in Outlook itself or on the server (which you can only see by logging into Outlook in a browser).
It could also be another app or device linked to your account that's moving the emails without you realizing.
Best bet is to check your rules online and temporarily disable other mail apps to see if one of them is the culprit.
